The Stars delivered a commendable bowling performance, Matthew Wade and Caleb Jewell opening the innings for Hobart Hurricanes. Matthew Wade did not show his batting performance, in the first over he dismissed by Joel Paris. Then Caleb Jewell and Macalister Wright played a crucial partnership in powerplay for Hurricanes.
