ICC U-19 World Cup 2024 telecast channel: The Fifteenth edition of Under-19 World Cup 2024 is set to take place in South Africa from 19 January to 11 February 2024. Initially, Sri Lanka was the host country for the Under-19 men’s ODI World Cup 2024, but the venue was later changed to South Africa as the International Cricket Council (ICC) made suspension to the Sri Lanka Cricket Board.
16 teams are scheduled to participate in the ICC U19 Men’s Cricket World Cup in South Africa 2024, competing in a total of 41 matches.
16 teams divided into 4 groups and each group consists of four teams.

ICC U19 Men’s ODI World Cup Groups:
Group A: India, Bangladesh, Ireland, USA
Group B: England, South Africa, West Indies, Scotland
Group C: Australia, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe, Namibia
Group D: Afghanistan, Pakistan, New Zealand, Nepal
The top three teams from each group will progress to the Super Six Stage.
The top six teams from the group stage will progress to the Super 6 stage, followed by the semifinals and final.
Moreover, the teams finishing in fourth place in each group will play an additional match against another fourth-placed team before tournament’s conclusion.
The teams finishing in fourth place in Groups A and D will face each other, while the fourth-placed teams in Groups B and C will also compete against each other before concluding their respective tournaments.
The Super Six stage comprises two groups of six teams, consisting of the top three teams from Groups A and D, and the top three teams from Groups B and C. Each team will retain the points, wins, and Net Run Rate (NRR) they earned with Super Six qualifying teams.
In the Super Six stage, every team competes in two matches against opponents from the corresponding Group who finished in different positions during the Group stage. For instance, the top team in Group A (A1) will face the teams placed second and third in Group D (D2 and D3).
Following the completion of the Super Six stage fixtures, the top two teams from each group will qualify for the semifinal stage. The winners of the semifinals will then compete in the final on February 11th, 2024. The ICC U-19 World Cup 2024 telecast channel in India be Star Sports network.
Matches will be held at five different venues:
Benoni, East London, Kimberley, Potchefstroom, and Bloemfontein, from January 19 to February 11. The final is set to be held in Benoni.
Total sixteen teams qualified for ICC U19 Men’s Cricket World Cup. South Africa as host nation qualified while 11 teams automatic qualified. Another 5 teams qualified through Regional qualification and these teams are Namibia, Nepal, New Zealand, Scotland, United Statesfree. Teams like Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, England, India, Ireland, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka, West Indies and Zimbabwe, qualified through Automatic qualification.
